I was extremely happy with how One Touch Plumbing and Heating handled this job. They replied to my initial email asking for an estimate very quickly and were able to do the quote remotely with me sending photos of videos of the old boiler installation. On the day, they arrived on time and were very considerate with things like asking if it was okay to put a radio on and checking that it wasn't too loud. They did the job with no fuss and tidied up thoroughly afterwards to leave the place cleaner than it was to start with. The new boiler has been working flawlessly since. Thank you!

The work also involved modifying the piping as well as moving some electrical wiring. Alongside this, the boiler had to be connected to a new shower upstairs. Dan came over prior to doing the job and had a thorough look as to what was involved. The work took two days, and was done to a high standard. After installation I was given a brief guide to the working of the boiler. The workplace was left clean and tidy. Dan and his colleague were very pleasant and easy to work with. In addition, a broken valve on my shower was also replaced.

Start to finish 10 out of 10. Replaced a very old cast iron floor mounted boiler with a modern combi, removed water tank from the loft, replaced a couple of radiators and installed valves to bring up to spec radiators that were ok. Work was completed to time and as per the quote, so clean and tidy hardly knew they had been in the house despite having floor boards up and moving the tank and a massive job with a huge ancient boiler. Daniel and his team were all polite and didnt mind 2 inquistive children. Would recomend.
